Overview
My goal is to make your wedding events stress-free. From steaming dresses to setting up the gifts table and everything in between, I love helping to make your dreams a reality! For Day-Of Coordination, I help handle vendors, make sure events and activities run on time, and provide a general sense of ease so you can actually enjoy your wedding day!
My services work best for couples who plan to secure vendors for their wedding themselves but would like a professional coordinator to help ease their minds and ensure the day goes smoothly. However, I do have some vendor recommendations based on folks I’ve worked with in the past and am happy to provide input and suggestions along the way as requested.
Rates
My rates differ based on the number of hours of your event and what you need from me. For each event, I will work with you during the weeks prior to create a Run of Show, which will detail our plans for the course of the day. We will also create a vendor contact list so that I’m able to oversee vendor setup and/or teardown, as needed. Please know that I am available for any questions or concerns you may have during the planning process and am happy to provide insight or input when possible.
Please note, travel expenses for weddings outside the greater Bay Area are not included and may be billed separately. An estimate will be added to your rate estimate/billing quote.
MY PROCESS AND TIMELINE
No fewer than 4 weeks prior to the event:
I will set up a phone call with you and your partner to discuss Day-Of details. I will share a Google Spreadsheet with you both, which is where we will capture all the high-level details for your event(s). This spreadsheet will also include a Vendor Contact Details document. If you don’t have all of your vendors secured yet, that’s totally fine – we’ll work on this list together as the event approaches!
I’ll create a Run of Show document using details we have discussed. We’ll iterate on this document until it’s finalized at least three days ahead of the event.
2 weeks prior to the event:
We’ll have a check-in call using the Run of Show document to make sure we’re on the same page about outstanding tasks and timeline for completion. We’ll also begin discussing any additional or nuanced advice you may request from me for the event(s).
At least 3 days prior to the event:
Should we decide we need a final call, I will use this time to touch base and make sure all details on the Run of Show are final. This can also be done via email, depending on preferences and pre-work completed.
Day Of:
Every event is different, and I take special pride in catering to yours! As such, we will discuss your needs for my arrival ahead of time. I always arrive with an emergency kit, stocked with supplies that should cover any last-minute situations or needs, including a steamer, bandaids, safety pins, bobby pins, and a small sewing kit.
I am always available by email or text, should anything come up prior to the event, and request a standard 24 hours to respond to inquiries. I’m also always happy to be consulted should you have any vendor or planning-related questions throughout your entire planning process.
